The Ministry of Interior Child Protection Centre, in collaboration with Dubai Municipality represented by the Children’s City and Khalifa Empowerment Program – Aqdar , organized a special ceremony on the occasion of International Children’s Day At the city headquarters in the Emirate of Dubai, with the wide participation of government agencies and community institutions concerned with child care, in addition to a large presence of children and their families.

The event was part of the Ministry of Interior's efforts to promote community awareness of children's rights and to consolidate the concept of protection and shared responsibility in providing a safe and supportive environment for children, in line with the National Child Protection Strategy and the UAE's vision of caring for and empowering young people.

The ceremony included a full range of recreational, educational and educational activities that focused on introducing children and parents to the concepts of protection and safety and building positive behaviors. The events included fun interactive presentations, artistic and sports activities, as well as educational platforms that provided meaningful content on the safe use of the digital environment, methods of protection and prevention of abuse, promoting ethical values and family outreach.

A group of government agencies and community partners also participated in specialized workshops, focusing on developing children's skills, supporting parents with the necessary knowledge to protect children and enable them to deal with the challenges of the digital age.
